Ever feel like you’re not really sure how to advertise your business in an attractive or capturing way? We’ve got some easy tips to help your product get noticed!

We’ll start with the basics: Canva is a design platform that is extremely user-friendly and houses thousands of beautifully curated templates. It can help create business cards, flyers, banners, social media posts, invitations, and so much more depending on what you’re looking for. But that’s not the best part. Included with Canva is an abundance of pre-made designs that you can customize to your liking. So, if you’re not of the creative nature, fear not! Just scroll through and select a design template that resonates with you and your brand.

There is one crucial tip when it comes to marketing, however. When you distribute influential materials, such as ads, posts, newsletter campaigns, etc. it is extremely important to keep your design consistent amongst the platforms. Obviously changing up the message and images are necessary depending on the context of the “post.” However, sticking with the same font and color scheme is necessary to ensure your brand doesn’t get muddled with other businesses out there.

Now, for sharing your content with your audience, the most important part! We love the platform MailChimp for newsletters and email campaigns. This one is a little trickier to use. However, you can customize the theme and layout to match your brand and message. Additional features of MailChimp include scheduling content to be sent out on future dates and analyzing user interaction with your emails.

Overall, we recommend using Canva in sync with MailChimp, as well as Instagram. You can design the images and posts on the Canva and distribute them through newsletters and social media. That way, your brand image is consistent and customers can tie in your business’s marketing across multiple platforms.
