The Launch Pad entrepreneurship center empowers with expertise, enabling dynamic classroom or office workshops, fostering innovation, collaboration, and entrepreneurial spirit for transformative learning experiences. The Launch Pad can be utilized to assist in judging competitions, motivating an entrepreneurial mindset, as well as teaching about how to get started as an entrepreneur.

The Launch Pad nurtures entrepreneurial growth by empowering individuals to initiate, develop, and expand their ventures. In tandem with the Toppel Career Center, The Launch Pad equips entrepreneurs with essential career guidance and resources to successfully achieve their goals.
Toppel Career Center utilizes Handshake, a job and internship platform designed for University of Miami students and recent graduates. It connects students with employers who are actively recruiting for a variety of positions, making it a valuable resource for finding early-career opportunities.
