In today’s competitive landscape, great design, rapid iteration, a nice onboarding flow, etc. are all considered basics. The challenge that we now face is much deeper, and also more difficult to address. In this talk, Ayush Agarwal, Facebook’s current Head of Enterprise Products, will take us through three important questions:

About the Speaker:
Ayush Agarwal is a product executive, advisor, and angel investor. He has led major initiatives at world-class tech companies, managed large teams, and shipped many high impact technology products.
Currently, as Head of Enterprise Products for Facebook, Ayush is responsible for Facebook’s vision and execution in the enterprise space. Prior to joining Facebook, he was Head of Products for Local Ads at Google, a multi-billion dollar business built on monetizing Google Maps and Local Search. Before jumping into product management, Ayush was a VC with Madrona Venture Group and a consultant with McKinsey.
Outside of his day to day work routine, Ayush serves on the Technology Advisor Board for Spencer Stuart, is a Techstars mentor, and an advisor to many startups. He is also an active angel investor with investments in more than 20 companies, including Funders Club, Caspar, UpCounsel, Virool, and DilMil. He has guest lectured at Harvard Business School, MIT, Stanford, and has also served as a judge at many pitch competitions.
He attended the Institute for General Management at the Stanford Graduate School of Business, and studied Computer Science Engineering at the University of Michigan. Ayush grew up in India, Nepal, Singapore, and the US, and calls San Francisco home, where he lives with his wife and son.
