Microsoft Bot Framework allows you to build and connect intelligent bots to interact with your users naturally wherever they are – whether it be via text/SMS, Skype, Slack, Office 365 mail or other popular services. Imagine a customer being able to visit your website or send a text message to interact with a bot to find out the status of their order using natural language? That’s just one of many examples!
