DESCRIPTION:Black Girls CODE Miami Chapter Presents: Robot Expo!\n*updated workshop topic* \nBlack Girls CODE is thrilled to bring to Miami\, an exciting workshop that’s all about ROBOTS!  Join us for a fun and captivating educational experience where girls will learn about robots and how they communicate in an engaging atmosphere. They will combine hands-on activities using Lego WeDo/NXT kits with live demonstrations from area robotics organizations where the girls will interact with sophisticated robots\, and learn real-world/business applications and uses for robotics. \nThis class is intended for girls ages 7-17. \nRegistration begins at 9:15AM.  The event starts promptly at 10:00AM.  Participants don’t need to bring their laptops and both lunch and light snacks will be provided. \nSpace is limited so sign up soon to secure your spot!
