She has been an equity and debt investor\, managing a $3.5 billion private equity business and originating over $4 billion in loans. Currently\, Ms. Jackson is the Co-Founder and Managing Principal of Caerus Ventures a West Palm Beach based venture capital firm.  Founded in 2012\, Caerus Ventures invests in Seed and Series A rounds of start-up companies.  The firm is currently investing its first fund.
